The Phone Guy Is Dropping Free Phones*

*Must qualify for the Lifeline program, as we're pushing Tribal Lifeline packages out here in Oklahoma. In a nutshell, you can qualify by making less than the poverty limits set forth by the United States government, prove it by providing the last three months of check stubs or previous year's tax documents. Or if you receive some form of government assistance, that could qualify you too and proof can be something like an award letter from that specific agency/dept providing said assistance.

If you're still with me, and have hammered out the above, you just need a hard copy ID (no paper IDs) or CDIB card w/ photo. This serves as proof of Identity.

Sometimes we can get away without it, but if you have some kind of mail to serve as your proof of address, it could become handy during the approval process.
