Free Government Phones for Qualifed Lifeline Customers

If you receive government assistance or can otherwise qualify for the Lifeline program, meet the phone folks, surely on their way to becoming Tulsa's favorite if not already. Here's what you'll need:

1) Proof of Identity - Unexpired State Issued DL/ID or CDIB card w/ photo.
2) Proof that you make less than the poverty limits (tax return from last year or 3 months of recent check stubs) or proof that shows that you receive some form of government assistance (award letter, DHS letter, etc).
3) Although not always required, a proof of address is always helpful during the approval process.
